Greencliff Apts - Unit 118
This apartment remodel consisted of a paint refresh of all interior walls, siding, baseboards, and cabinetry. The bathroom mirror and exhaust fan were also replaced.
Greencliff Apts - Unit 129
This apartment remodel included adding texture to the walls and ceilings, creating new cabinet doors, and installing flooring. We added recessed lighting, kitchen light, pendant lights. and replaced two heaters. The fireplace in the unit was removed and covered with siding. Walls, doors, kitchen cabinetry, siding, and baseboard were painted. In the bathroom, we installed a new vanity and countertop, replaced a mirror, and replaced bathroom exhaust fan.
Camino Del Rio - Office 360
Office 360 got a complete overhaul with the addition of 30+ linear feet of new walls, each built with metal framing and insulation. These new walls divided the space into 2 new private offices, reduced waiting area, and a breakroom. Three core doors were installed with their respective door frames. One hollow door was replaced for a core door. An indoor window was removed and covered. New flooring and baseboard were added. Walls were textured and painted.
Casa Grande - Unit 11
This complete home remodel included new flooring, interior painting, ceiling repairs, updated baseboards, new cabinet doors, bathroom vanities and countertops, mirrors, ceiling plaster work, and a new ceiling fan installation.
Carlton Hills
This kitchen remodel opened up the kitchen, dining room, and living room into one open space. The project included a new kitchen island, relocation of plumbing, cabinet installation, tile backsplash, new flooring, interior painting, recessed lighting, and pendant light installation.
Gym & Recreation
This complete remodel included the sanding and retexturing of the walls, ceiling plaster work, ceiling fan replacement, addition of recessed lights, and installation of quartz countertop. It also included painting walls, ceiling, doors, trims. and cabinetry.
Greencliff Apts - 104
Apartment 104 went through a complete remodel. All the walls were retextured, , installation of flooring, baseboard, new cabinet doors, pendant lights, plumbing fixtures, quartz, kitchen light, and bathroom exhaust fan. It also included painting walls, kitchen ceiling, baseboard, cabinetry, siding, doors, and trim.
